I offer a 30 minute phone session free of charge, which gives you an opportunity to find out more about counselling and the way I work prior to meeting me. You are under no obligation to book a second session. Each following session is £40.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Are you a qualified counsellor?
Yes, I have an Advanced Diploma of a Practitioner of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
2. Are the counselling sessions confidential?

3. How long is each session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
4. How many sessions do I have to commit to?
You do not have to commit to any number of sessions, you can decide whether you book another appointment at the end of each session.
5. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions will depend on your goals and the issues you would like to resolve.
6. What happens in the first session?
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide whether we would like to work together.
I will take some general information about you and will then give you an opportunity to talk about your problem.
7. What theoretical approach is used?
Instead of using a single theoretical approach, I use a number of different tools and techniques in order to help you work through your issues in the most effective way.
